RETURNS

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision through a clear statement, either by writing to us at info@menk.store or by using our online contact form.

All returns must be made within fourteen (14) days of receiving the item. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, place the item securely in its original packaging, and send your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. Any applicable customs fees must be paid by the buyer. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least ten (10) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company.

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We
are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
